About Dala Rooster

Dala Rooster is a bungalow that was built in Panchgani in 2005 with an intention to move there for good. A lot of thought and effort was put in for the construction by us, our friends and family members. However for one reason or the other, conditions did not permit us to move out of Pune. Hence the bungalow continued to be used by family and friends as a holiday destination. In between, it was rented out to Voltas for almost three years as their senior management’s Holiday home.
The bungalow is situated on a land of 12600 sq. ft, facing the valley. In the monsoons you can see unobstructed view of the Bhilar waterfalls along with other smaller ones in the vicinity.

I had stayed in the place for 2 nights with my 8 Mo infant and husband and enjoyed every bit of it. Best part of the stay was the hospitality we had been offered and all our requirements specially making baby food were taken care of. The food especially the fish curry was amazing.
Visited with our three dogs- the place is fabulous, very well maintained and clean. Excellent view of the valley from the backyard. Food is homely and very tasty. The staff is very kind, welcoming- and ensures your needs are catered to.
