Dala Rooster is a bungalow built in Panchgani in 2005, with great care and effort from our family and friends. Originally intended as our home, it became a much-loved holiday destination for family and friends and was also used as a holiday home by Voltas senior management for almost three years.
Set on 12,600 sq. ft. of land facing the valley, the property offers beautiful views of Bhilar waterfalls during the monsoon, along with surrounding waterfalls and Mahu Dam. We are proud to be recognised as a National Tourism Award winner for Best Homestay.

Peak Season
Adult: ₹2,950 per day
Child (5–12 years): ₹1,525 per day. Below 5 years: no charge. COCKEREL cottage (maximum 2): ₹7,499 per day.
Off Season
Adult: ₹2,350 per day
Child (5–12 years): ₹1,225 per day. Below 5 years: no charge. COCKEREL cottage (maximum 3): ₹7,499 per day.
Full Bungalow
Peak: ₹39,500 per day
Off-season: ₹32,000 per day for 17 adults or 14 adults + 6 children below 12. Extra adult: peak ₹2,000 / off-season ₹1,500. Extra child: peak ₹1,050 / off-season ₹800.
26 & 27 January; 7 & 22 March; entire May; 1 & 29 June; 14 & 15 August; 18, 19 & 28 September; 23 & 24 October; 13, 14 & 15 November; 25–28 December. All weekend stays with Friday check-in and Monday check-out are also peak season.
Seven bedrooms including the COCKEREL cottage, a kitchen and dining room, living room, glass-enclosed gazebo and open wooden deck — all overlooking the valley.
